We will delete any personal information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of thirteen (13). Exceptions: We may collect personal information about children under the age of 13 when the child is booked as the primary passenger for any transportation services. This information is securely stored and used only for the purposes of trip communications and billing. A parent, legal guardian, appropriate educator or government official must be the primary contact person and set-up the account/trip for the minor.
